Acceptance of Agreement and Terms of Use: This is an agreement between you ("you" or "your" or “user”) and www.bottomlineconsulting.in, Bottomline Consulting, a registered tradename of Bottomline Consulting a Partnership firm registered under the relevant Partnership Act prevailing in India ("bottomlineconsulting.in" and/or "we," and/or "our", and/or “us” and/or “partnership firm ” and/or “website”) with its registered office situated at 209, 10th A Main HRBR Layout, 1st Block, Banaswadi, Bangalore 560 043, Karnataka. When you access or use our website you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use mentioned below from points 1 to 18 & agree to our Privacy Policy mentioned under Points 19 & 20

1) Definitions

i)The phrase/s "You", “Your” and “User” means the entity/ individual, who visit www.bottomlineconsulting.inand/or register as Users with www.bottomlineconsulting.in

ii) The phrase/s “We”, “Us” ,“Our” , “Website” and “Firm” are used to describe the owners of this website www.bottomlineconsulting.in which is Bottomline Consulting a Partnership firm registered under the relevant Partnership Act prevailing in India

iii) The phrase/s “Service Providers” means any “Home Loan Providers” like “Banks”, “NBFC’s”, “Direct Selling Agencies of Banks and NBFC’s” and “Individual Agents’ of Banks & NBFC’s” registered with www.bottomlineconsulting.in as Service Providers

iv) "Service" means the service available under this Agreement, as offered on our website www.bottomlineconsulting.in through our Service Providers and

Advertisers and Bottomline Consulting

v) “Firm” means Bottomline Consulting

vi) “Website” means www.bottomlineconsulting.in

2)General: By using the website and/or registering yourself at www.bottomlineconsulting.inyou authorize us and also our Service Providers to

i)Send you emails on your registered email address with our website to make product presentations, impart product knowledge, brief you on promotional offers running with them, send follow-up emails to check with you on your decision.

ii)Send you newsletters on a periodical basis to your registered email address or any other email address that you would have shared with us or with our Service Providers.

iii)Call you on your registered mobile number with our website to make product presentations, to impart product knowledge, brief you on promotional offers running with them, make follow-up calls to check with you on your decision. The calls will be made by us or our Service providers even if you have registered yourself under DND or DNC service.

iv)We do not control, own or employ ourService Providers and therefore do not guarantee the quality of service, product and features our Service Providers offer you. You are expected to do appropriate due diligence and comparative analysis before deciding which Service Provider’s service you opt for. www.bottomlineconsulting.in, Bottomline Consulting (The Trade Name), Bottomline Consulting (The Firm), our partners, our investors and our employees are in no way responsible to or liable for any user’s choice of Service Provider and every user shall be solely responsible for the consequences of his/her decision.

v)We do not control our Service Providers in any form and therefore the following is also not under our direct/indirect control. Therefore, user will hold us, our partners, our investors and our employees completely harmless now and at any point in time in future and will be responsible for all the risks arising out of the following

• Communication between you and our Service Providers, • The duration of communication between you and our Service Providers • The span of communication between you and our Service Providers • The medium of communication between you and our Service Providers • The representative of the Service Provider involved in the communication with you • The accuracy of communication between you and our Service Providers

vi)The user holds www.bottomlineconsulting.in, Bottomline Consulting (The Trade Name), Bottomline Consulting (The Firm),our partners, our investors and our employees completely harmless of any financial loss/damage, loss of peace of mind, loss of respect and dignity and loss due to intrusion of privacy arising out of the communication between our Service Providers and you.

vii)CHANGES: We may periodically change the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the content of the Site without notice, and you are responsible for checking these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy periodically for revisions. All amended Terms of Use and amended Privacy Policy become effective and binding on the users upon our posting to the Site.

3) Content in the website

All the content found in the website is based on the products/features/services/practices prevalent in multiple and different banks and Housing Finance Companies(HFC) in the Indian market place

A) General: We do not recommend or force upon the user any Features/Products/Services/Practices nor do we recommend a particular bank/HFC to our users. The content we provide is to enable you to take informed decisions on the choice of Banks/ Features/Products/Services/Practices. Users are expected to carry out the required due diligence and comparative analysis before deciding on the Banks/ Features/Products/Services/Practices of their choice. Therefore, user will hold us, our partners, our investors and our employees completely harmless now and at any point in time in future and willbe responsible for all the risks arising out of the following

• Your business transaction with any bank/HFC/agents including the decision to go with a particular bank/HFC/agents
• Your business transaction with any general or life insurance companies associated with these banks/HFC/agents
• The financial loss and damage you incur while transacting with any bank/HFC/agents
• Opportunity and Time loss you incur while transacting with any bank/HFC/Agents

B) Eligibility:

Salaried Users: We have chosen to give an eligibility range in the eligibility calculator based on the income and liability amount you share with us. This range is computed using multiple formulas and conditions prevalent in different home loan companies in India. The chances of your actual eligibility in the bank of your choice falling in the stated range is high, however in some cases your eligibility can also fall outside of this range, on either side, depending upon the bank/HFC/agents you are speaking to. The chances of displaying your eligibility in negative is also there and it can happen if your net monthly liability entered is more than (30 to 70) % of your net take home salary. The user holds www.bottomlineconsulting.in,Bottomline Consulting(The Trade Name), Bottomline Consulting( The Firm), our partners, our investors and our employees completely harmless of any financial loss/damage, loss of peace of mind, loss of respect and dignity, loss of time arising out of the fact/knowledge that some bank of your choice has computed your actual eligibility higher or lower than our stated range.

Self Employed Users: We do not share an eligibility range with you at this juncture. Our sincere apologies for the same. We may start giving the range in future.The self-employed user holds www.bottomlineconsulting.in, Bottomline Consulting (The Trade Name), Bottomline Consulting (The Firm), our partners, our investors and our employees completely harmless of any financial loss/damage, loss of peace of mind, loss of respect and dignity, loss of time arising out of the fact/knowledge that we do not give any eligibility range to you.

Non-ResidentIndian (NRI) Users: We have chosen to give an eligibility range in the eligibility calculator based on the income and liability amount you share with us. This range is computed using multiple formulas and conditions prevalent in the home loan companies in India. The chances of your actual eligibility in the bank of your choice falling in the stated range is reasonable, however in some cases your eligibility can also come down depending upon the tenure the bank chooses to restrict your loan to. Some banks/HFC’s may also restrict the Income to Instalment (IIR) ratio used in computing financial eligibility, to more conservative percentage thereby reducing your overall eligibility. The chances of displaying your eligibility in negative is also there and it can happen if your net monthly liability entered is more than 30 to70% of your net take home salary. The NRI user holds www.bottomlineconsulting.in, , Bottomline Consulting(The Trade Name), Bottomline Consulting( The Firm), our partners, our investors and our employees completely harmless of any financial loss/damage, loss of peace of mind, loss of respect and dignity, loss of time arising out of the fact/knowledge that some bank of your choice has computed your actual eligibility higher or lower than our stated range.

4) Trademarks

The www.bottomlineconsulting.in company names and logos, company slogans and captions, advertisement slogans and captions used to promote the company, the ad design and content used to promote the company and all related products and service names, design marks are trademarks and service marks owned by and used under license from www.bottomlineconsulting.in. All trademarks and service marks appearing on our website in the designated space for advertisements are the property of the respective advertisers. All copies that you make of the aforesaid trademarks and service marks must bear any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice located on the respective service marks and trademarks that pertain to the same being copied. You are not authorized to use any www.bottomlineconsulting.in name or mark in any advertising, publicity or in any other commercial manner without the prior written consent of www.bottomlineconsulting.in. The only exception to this is when you get an email from www.bottomlineconsulting.in to do so. 5) Password Protected Areas:

The users can access the Proposal Comparison Tool using their registered mobile number as their login id and the One Time Password (OTP) sent as their password. However, the usage of any other password protected and secure areas of the Site are restricted to our Service Providers& internal staff only. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access these areas of the Site may be subject to prosecution.

6) Service Description-Accuracy

We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that service descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If the services provided by our Service Providers are not as described in our website, your sole remedy is to approach our Service Providers who offered that particular service.

While we make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the accuracy and availability of Products, Services and Web Site, we make no representation that the operation of Services through our website will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.

You and www.bottomlineconsulting.in agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore jurisdiction with respect to any legal proceedings that may arise in connection with this ToU. www.bottomlineconsulting.inwill take the required lawful route with respect to a breach by you or others in its right to act with respect to such breach of Terms. The dispute can also be referred for arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and arbitration place shall be in Bangalore, India, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction.

11) This ToU constitutes the entire agreement between you and www.bottomlineconsulting.inand governs your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements between you and www.bottomlineconsulting.in,Bottomline Consulting(The Trade Name) and Bottomline Consulting( The Firm) with respect to the Site.

12) Independent Investigation

You acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. You have independently evaluated the desirability of participating in the service and are not relying on any representation, guarantee, or statement other than as set forth in this agreement.

13) Modification

We reserve the right to, without notice, change Products, Services and Website, including without limitation with respect to products offered, product information, availability, content and pricing, and may at any time modify the Terms and Conditions of use of Products, Services and Website. 14) Terms & Termination of Service
